The agent will make every effort to ensure that the customer's travel arrangements are satisfactory, but the agent cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the trip.

 

3. Fees: Devine Travel charges a fee for its services; the fee may vary depending on the complexity of the travel arrangements.

 

4. Payment: Payment for the agent's services must be made in full before any bookings are made. The agent accepts payment via bank transfer.

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds: If the customer cancels their travel plans, Devine Travel will attempt to obtain a refund from the travel provider(s) and pass it on to the customer. Any refund received will be subject to the provider's cancellation policies and fees, as well as any fees charged by the agent.

 

6. Travel Documents: The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance, before their trip. Devine Travel can provide guidance on what documents are required, but the customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring they have all necessary documentation.

 

7. Liability: Devine Travel is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries that may occur during the customer's trip. The customer is responsible for purchasing travel insurance to cover any potential risks associated with their travel.

 

8. Privacy: Devine Travel will keep all customer information confidential and will not share it with any third party, except when necessary to make travel arrangements.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Devine Travel reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version of the terms and conditions will be posted on the agent's website.

 

10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom
